Return and Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for the device Smart PillBox that You purchased with Pillbox Health LLC.

Interpretation & Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions for this return policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to PillBox Health LLC, 5908 Breckenridge Parkway, Tampa, FL 33610, USA.

Goods/Devices refer to Smart PillBox hereinafter referred

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.iooi]

Service refers to the Website.

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • Return Policy

Purchase of your device is protected by a 30-day refund-back guarantee*. Your pillbox device can be returned for free for any reason within 30 days of activation. You’ll just need to return the device with the original packaging in good condition. Simply contact customer service at  support@pillbox.health or call us at +1 (813) 540-4567.

Also, If you decide to return your device after your 30-day risk-free trial has ended,  you won’t be eligible for any refund. Please note that refunds are subject to inspection by our team, and the refund will be processed only after the inspection is completed.

In your email, please provide our team with the following information

  • Order Number
  • Date of purchase
  • Email address associated with your purchase
  • Describe the problem you are experiencing
  • Send a picture of your barcode  
  • Send the unique identity number given on the device

30-day refund-back guarantee*- 30-day refund-back guarantee here means that if you’re dissatisfied with the product within 30 days of purchase, you can request a refund and get your money back.. However, it’s important to carefully review the terms and conditions associated with the guarantee to understand any limitations or requirements for obtaining a refund. This also means that the amount will be refunded post-inspection.

  • Original packaging & Good’s Condition

Returns must be packaged as per instructions provided by Smart PillBox.However, if you have lost the original packaging material, it’s your responsibility to send it us in a safe in a proper package. Returns will be inspected to determine whether a free replacement device will be provided to you. Pillbox Health LLC will determine in its sole discretion whether to send you a free replacement or to charge you for any damage to the returned product before sending you a replacement. 

PillBox Health LLC. does not accept returns without the above conditions being met. It is your responsibility to package the device appropriately as per the return packaging instructions provided to avoid shipping damage. If the device is damaged due to improper packaging, you may be charged for the repair at PillBox Health LLC’s sole discretion.

How to pack the device before returning?

Step 1: Send the device in the original packaging as sent while purchasing.

Step 2: Make sure it has all the accessories in it (charger, cord, pin, product manual) along with the device.

Step 3: Put everything in the box safely, and pack it nicely so that it doesn’t get damaged while in transition.

Step 4: Seal the package securely with tape or an adhesive to prevent it from opening during transit.

Step 6: Include any required documentation inside the package, such as a return authorization form or purchase receipt.

Step 7: Double-check the package to confirm that all items are securely packed and all steps have been followed correctly.

  • Return Shipping

Unless otherwise instructed, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Technical Issue & Device Condition

If you have encountered a technical issue with your device, email us at support@pillbox.health or call at +1 (813) 540-4567 for technical assistance available from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

We will work together to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. If we are unable to resolve the issue,  Smart Pillbox may authorize a replacement when the mechanical or technical performance of the device is determined to warrant replacement. PillBox Health LLC may, at its sole option, replace your assigned device with a refurbished device.

PillBox Health will not replace the device with defects resulting from your, your Caregiver or any other individual’s actions, such as mishandling and product abuse, intentional damage, dropping or knocking the device over, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, use of half pills, non-pill medicines, liquids, and ointments, transport of the device without the travel bar in place, or unauthorized modification.  By using the services, you agree that  PillBox Health LLC. may use any reasonable means necessary to contact you to notify you of, or to collect additional information related to, technical issues reported by you or detected by us, and may submit such information to the FDA or other regulatory authorities.

  • Refund Process

Once we receive the returned Smart PillBox and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds may take 14 business days (after confirming the inspection) to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. (from the day on which We receive the returned goods)

  • Mode of Payment

We will use the same means of payment/card details as You used for the Order for refund. 

  •  Exclusions

This return policy does not cover returns for products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Additionally, any products not purchased directly from PillBox Health LLC are not eligible for return.

  • Changes to Policy

PillBox Health LLC reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or communicating directly with customers.
